Crosbyton City Park & Municipal RV Park

This park functions as the primary hub for community recreation and sports, as well as a highly rated, budget-friendly stopover for road-trippers passing through the Texas Panhandle. Located on the east edge of town at the intersection of US Highway 82 and Aspen Street, it offers a welcoming space for both locals and visitors.

Recreational Amenities

  • Municipal Pool & Splash Pad: Located immediately south of the RV sites, the city's swimming pool and splash pad serve as the town's main summer cooling-off spot. It operates from Tuesday through Sunday during the summer months, with daily admission historically sitting at around $3.00 (with seasonal family passes available).
  • Sports and Play: The surrounding community park areas feature picnic shelters and playgrounds. During the spring and summer, the city's nearby baseball, softball, and Little League parks are highly active. Additionally, public outdoor basketball and tennis courts are positioned close to the nearby Primary School.

City RV Park Features

Designed to welcome travelers, the city operates a small, pull-through RV park right on the park grounds. It features between 5 and 8 gravel sites that accommodate rigs up to 45 feet long.

It provides full hookups, including 30-amp electricity, city water, and sewer drains. Visitors love this park because it operates on an honor/donation system: the first two nights are free (donations heavily encouraged via an on-site drop box), and subsequent nights cost just $10 per night.
